The Objective
Compass Pathways wished to land their new Purpose Statement impactfully across their audiences



Strategy and Process
Freshly rebranded, there was no precedent for campaign art direction, making this a great opportunity to explore multiple approaches in a robust concept stage that left no stone unturned.
From our concepts, an authentic, live action execution was selected. In this way we could put real Compass faces and points of view in front of audiences, whilst simultaneously showing the company’s purpose to be a shared effort.
Locations were key. Compass’ purpose explores their dual drivers of ‘science’ and ‘compassion’. We shot in two contrasting locations that allowed our filming subjects to bring both halves of the story to life. The ‘science’ location was spacious and clean, whereas the ‘compassionate’ location was a warm, cosy, and colourful space.




The Outcome
A “hero” video which integrated ‘to camera’ wisdom with dynamic inserts, reinforcing the clinical ambitions, intrinsic innovation and passionate workforce powering Compass’ purpose.
